Animal & wildlife artist
Stony Stratford Artists Group
Photo of a painting of two turtles ... one pointing in each direction. They are on a background of the national anthem of Antigua and Barbuda. Which is painted in blue for underwater with air bubbles appearing.

I am a life long artist, beginning with studying Fine Art at Leeds University under John Jones. I am a member of the Association of Animal Artists, who I have regularly exhibited with. I paint mainly in oils oil and on a variety of surfaces. Depending on the subject they are either painted with a more traditional background or on vintage music. Using music in my work lends a different aspect to what I paint. Music to match the subject... or music to inspire a painting.
I am excited to exhibit with a great group of artists; Laurie Keck, Lesley Keck, Jennifer McAllister, Sam Burke, Anna Woodhead and Melanie Mosaics in the lovely market town of Stony Stratford. The work will be displayed indoors as well as in the stunning garden. We will have a rota of artists and I expect to be here every day. Refreshments will be available with plenty of seating areas and there is ample on street parking. There will also be the chance to see demonstrations.
