I am self-taught representational artist who loves working in the beautiful medium of oil to explore and record the effects of light on place and time. Working in my Stony Stratford studio, I use my own photos and plein aire sketches as inspiration for oil paintings of sea, cloud and land scapes. Many of my paintings feature life in and around Worthing, West Sussex, where I spend a lot of my time.
I have also exhibited with Milton Keynes Society of Artists, Buckingham Art for All and West Sussex Art Society
During Bucks Art Weeks I am exhibiting as part of a group of 9 established artists in the beautiful 19c Gawcott Church.
There is a Meet the Artists Day on the 1st Saturday and demos throughout the 2 weeks. Refreshments and toilets are available.
