Paper sculpture & turned art
St Dunstan’s
Paper sculpture is a medium I have worked with for some time to express my creative ideas; I like the clear crisp graphic effect that can be achieved with paper. My turned art is making something beautiful from discarded materials, old books into paper bowls, off cuts of Corian, acrylic and plywood, laminated and turned on the lathe into colourful decorative pieces.
Showing with a group of established artists and makers in beautiful, medieval St Dunstan’s Church in Monks Risborough.
For photos and more info, please see www.artatstdunstans.blogspot.com.
Easy parking on Mill Lane, off A4010. Please do not park on Burton Lane, or drive down the pedestrian paths to the church. Trains and buses are within walking distance.
Home-baked refreshments throughout the show. Cream teas weekend afternoons.
