I am a mixed media artist and printmaker working in my garden studio since I left nursing. I’ve always had a passion for art and thankful to be able to spend all my days surrounded by paints, collage, inks and tools of the trade! My paintings and print work are inspired by still life, travels, architecture, my pets, as well as anything with bright colours.

I love to use patterned paper in my paintings as well as newsprints, stencilling, oil pastels, and anything else I can get hold of. With lino printing, I also use patterned papers in my lino cuts and love to use many colours or tones in my lino reduction prints.

I am a member of The Visual Arts Group and the Printmakers Council. I enjoy opening my studio and showing my paintings and Lino prints in June every year as part of Bucks Art Weeks. This year will be my 10th year Anniversary for opening my studio for Bucks Art Weeks!

I have exhibited at the Mall Galleries as part of the Society of Women’s exhibition, The Royal Society of British Artists and also the ING Discerning Eye exhibition. I’ve also had the pleasure of exhibiting in St. Ives, Cornwall and Bath as part of the Arts festival. I also enjoy taking part in local art exhibitions throughout Buckinghamshire.
