I fell in love with glass several years ago and have been enjoying experimenting and creating with it ever since. I love the variety of textures, colours and shapes that can be made. Fused glass (or kiln formed glass) is made by cutting and layering glass pieces into the design or pattern and fusing it together in a kiln, using temperature to achieve the desired textural affect. The pieces i make are often inspired by nature and can range from large statement bowls to small pendant necklaces. I sell my pieces at local craft fairs and via my website. I am happy to take commissions, and run private, fused glass taster workshops and occasional group workshops from my working garden studio.
