Scenic reduction linocuts
Artists at Hogshaw Farm

Alexandra draws inspiration from countryside walks and the changes in weather and season upon the landscape. These scenic discoveries are transformed into colourful, impressionistic linocuts. Themes for Alexandra’s prints include sun streaming through woodlands and trees, twinkling water and reflections, carpets of flowers, nostalgic seaside scenes and adventures abroad.
Alexandra has been a full-time printmaker since 2012. Her linocuts have been displayed at the Royal Academy, the Bankside Gallery and Mall Galleries in London and her work sells to collectors across the UK and internationally.
Alexandra has been teaching printmaking for many years and offers private lino workshops from her home studio in Bicester as well as group workshops at other local venues, details can be found on her website.
You can follow Alexandra on social media or sign up to her Patreon www.patreon.com/alexandrabuckle where she posts a mixture of paid and free vlogs and articles of her work in progress.
