Emma restores outdated and unloved wooden furniture, looking beyond decades-old lacquer and inventing a new narrative, one that brings joy and makes a statement. With a respectful eye to the original style of a piece, she accentuates with contemporary colours and patterns to elevate and enrich. Statement sideboards, cocktail cabinets, book shelves, chests of drawers and bedside tables are brought back into the spotlight to continue their new story sustainably, naturally and beautifully.

Sustainability and re-purposing is at the forefront of her work. Emma also makes bespoke furniture and home accessories from salvaged and reclaimed wood, which are tactile and simple in design. Every item is unique and celebrates beautiful wood grain, makers’ marks and perfect imperfection.
