It is an artist’s responsibility to find and organise a venue for their Bucks Art Weeks exhibition that suits their ethos. You might be choosing to participate to give the public a chance to see and/or buy your work, to share your enthusiasm about how it is made and/or to meet people for art chat/feedback/other reasons.
While many artists find it most convenient to open their home or studio, others prefer to group together. For those artists who are not able to exhibit from their studio, or who would prefer to exhibit away from home, you can use the Find-a-Venue map. This map shows all artists and venues that have registered to find a venue or host artists for June 2026. It is constantly being updated with new registrations so make sure you revisit regularly.
Register as an artist, but if you are looking for a venue and there isn’t one nearby, consider contacting other artists local to you: working together is great solution to finding a shared venue. You can also add your venue if you have a space to offer to a single artist, a group, or you are looking for additional artists to join your group.
When contacting venues as a single artist, please also check with them what costs are involved as this can vary from venue to venue. Likewise, if you have registered as a venue, please make artists aware of any specific costs involved.
