I have been working as a professional photographer
all my life, to a brief, a budget and a deadline.
Nowadays I follow my own path, inspired by the world
of visual creativity in every medium.
In photography I am drawn to the natural world,
however I avoid conventional landscape structures.
Instead I look for shapes and patterns, with nods
to the abstract and the expressive.
In my digital drawing I look more for the anomalous.
Essentially I’m looking for a striking image, well composed
within the frame. And I’m happiest in a two-dimensional
world; few vanishing points for me!
