Anna is an artist working in textiles and mixed media and inspired by a sense of place and our position within that space. Observations and photos are translated into images and marks on cloth and paper using surface design processes such as screen printing, image transfer, paper lamination and rust dyeing, combined with stitch. Anna is a member of Art2Stitch and zero3 textiles, has exhibited around the UK and Europe, and offers textile workshops and talks. Anna is exhibiting in the lovely market town of Stony Stratford with a group of artists who work in a variety of disciplines. The art will be displayed indoors and outdoors in a large and beautiful garden. There will be refreshments available and a rota of the artists exhibiting to give you a chance to talk to them about the art. There may be some demonstrations too. There is ample parking.
