Asya Dudko – 6 Weeks Figurative Sculpting Course

This workshop is a unique experience to explore the creative parts of your mind and express them in the captivating medium of air drying ‘Paperclay’. What sets ‘Paperclay’ apart from other sculpting mediums is that it allows you to be much more imaginative with your art. An endless variety of textures can be made on the clay due to how easy to shape and re-mouldable it is. In this workshop, we will design and create figurative sculpture. The sculptures could be anything you want! It could be yourself, a person you know or something different like a fantasy character, an angel, a princess or a pirate! Once we decide on the character, we will build a wire base and then the sculpting process starts. I’ll be able to show you my professional sculptor’s tips and tricks that I have perfected over my many years of experience. You’ll be in good hands! We will use acrylic paints to finish the figures and, depending on your character, add some themed objects to give the character a more decorated look.
