A warm welcome awaits you at our Studio and garden in this delightful Rothschild village of Wingrave, a short distance from the A418 Aylesbury to Leighton Buzzard road. Enjoy delicious refreshments, garden seating and extensive views across the Vale of Aylesbury. Parking is available nearby.

Expect to meet a wide range of lively, contemporary work by our group of 11 artists: paintings, ceramics, glass art, sculpture, textiles, printmaking and portraiture. We look forward to chatting about our art, answering questions and explaining/demonstrating techniques. The potter’s whee will be busy at weekends.
My own work covers a range of techniques and styles, using fused glass, copperfoil and traditional stained glass. I design pieces that can be quite delicate in nature for indoors through to more robust sculptural pieces for the garden. I am inspired by Nature and as my work continues to evolve I have developed a variety of themes, from, for example, making detailed studies from small natural forms to sweeping, broader landscapes. I use both the transparent and translucent qualities of glass to reflect and diffuse light, to enhance the vibrant colours of my pieces. I aim to create joyful, imaginative, enduring images, often with a narrative element to them. Glass is for me a continuing journey of hopefulness and inspiration and I hope you will identify with this within my work.
