Biography

I am an independent basketmaker based in Buckinghamshire, with a focus on historical and traditional forms of the craft. My goal with my work is to create sustainable alternatives to mass production and help preserve the traditional craft of willow basketmaking for future generations to enjoy. 

I pride myself on being as eco-friendly as I can, being a vocal supporter of slow consumption and creating quality pieces that are made to last and not harm the environment when it eventually comes time to throw them away.

I produce a wide range of premade baskets, and I also take commissions, repairs and teach classes for beginners and intermediates. My classes are usually based in Buckinghamshire, but I also travel around the South and the Midlands for group classes.
