Exhibition and News

Frances now runs workshops at the Westbury Arts Centre to help people paint using their intuition. More details of the Playing with Colour workshops can be found on the WAC website: www.westburyartscentre.co.uk

Biography

Frances was born in London and left as soon as she could to explore the world, spending much time in Asia and the USA. She gained a M. A. in Creative Arts Therapy from Hofstra University, New York in the nineties, and has been making art that lifts peoples spirits ever since.
Over the past five years, Frances has exhibited in group shows at the Westbury Arts Centre, Milton Keynes Central Library, and Bucks Museum, Aylesbury, and had her first exhibition ‘Our Colours’ with her friend Joanna Stone at the Westbury Arts Centre in 2022.
Frances paints intuitively, and finds her inspiration in the colours and patterns of life, and the works of artists such as Van Gogh, Yayoi Kusama and David Hockney.
