Biography
Anne, born in Edinburgh and raised in London, has drawn pictures all her life, been a painter in oils for half a century, and a printmaker for seven.
Human expression is what she most wants her art to convey, and she has found etching the perfect vehicle.
Her background is in newspapers, including The Times, where she was a sub-editor and obituary-writer.
Private commissions have included red chalk drawings of horses for a stable owner, and a drawn portrait of a newspaper editor. Her work is held in private collections in England, Scotland, and Switzerland.
