My work is mainly a response to my own garden .
I work outside making studies in charcoal, ink and mixed media, them in the studio , I start to respond to the feeling of the garden , with mark making in oils or acrylic… which slowly evolve into a poetic response to the experience of sitting outside , observing and drawing .
