Painted furniture & lampshades
Where Inspiration Blooms

Blue Boy Furniture image

In 2019, Tracy Watson began Blue Boy Furniture painting furniture using paint, papers, leaf and more. Creating a home which reflects your personality and is also sustainable is at the heart of Tracy’s work. She showcases furniture transformed from old and shabby to something unique and one of a kind. Also exhibited are handmade lampshades created using remnant fabrics.
Tracy has always painted furniture, but following tragedy in her life and the resulting PTSD, she found painting furniture both therapeutic and a way to find some quiet in her mind.
Much of her work is commission based and she is also a local retailer of many of the products she uses to upcycle furniture.
Tracy is exhibiting as part of Where Inspiration Blooms at Holy Trinity Church, Penn Street, with whom she also runs furniture painting workshops.
