Rob is on a mission to fill up walls with beautiful eye-catching paintings that capture the magic of a moment, creating art that sparks conversation and delight. He depicts his subjects using bold, brilliant colours, perspective, light and contrast, working with layers of oil using brush and knife to create energy. He starts with a moment that speaks to him and takes the painting on a journey. His paintings invite you in and encourage you to look around, to make you feel.
His paintings rejoice in the world and the people around him. They nourish the soul, and his work celebrates that. We should never forget to be present, to have fun together, to look around and enjoy the views.
Look for two subtly hidden hearts in each of his latest paintings. They signify the connection between us as humans, as well as that we feel with nature. They also symbolise the connection between the artist and the painting, and the painting with you, the viewer.
