Painting in various media

Mitzie Green loves vibrant colours, textures and a free-flowing style. She paints townscapes, landscapes, abstracts and flowers and works in watercolours, acrylics and mixed media. She aims for spontaneity and a loose style with a strong bias towards tactile effects and enjoys experimenting with unconventional tools.

Mitzie has a Diploma in Stitched Textiles and a Degree in Painting and Printmaking. She has held Solo Exhibitions and exhibited widely, including the Royal Academy Summer Exhibition and The Mall Galleries. She teaches watercolour painting at Gadebridge and Redbourn and carries out commissions and demonstrations in various media.
