Vonnie Peters (née Raw)

Printmaker & Mixed Media Artist

Vonnie Peters graduated in Fine Art & Non-European Art History at Birmingham School of Art in 1993 and later went on to complete a Masters degree in Art & Design Education at De Montfort, Leicester, in 2003. She has worked in HE, online/distance and adult education for much of her professional life. Vonnie's creative work is a collection of reduction lino-prints, drawing and painting, based on studies of a variety of subjects in series, depicting the local urban flora & architecture in her day to day surroundings.
Vonnie has a studio among a small community of friendly, talented & environmentally-conscious artists at the beautiful Westbury Arts Centre, situated in a 17th century farm house in Shenley Church End, Milton Keynes. The centre is also known for its ancient historical origins and its current role in supporting biodiversity as well as community arts. (Foxcovert Rd is off the 'H6' between the 'V2' and 'V3' on the Milton Keynes grid roads.).
