Biography:

I’m inspired by the hills of Wales, the majestic Scottish Highlands and Islands, and the weather. My love of the outdoors and connection with the wild motivates my melancholy landscapes; placing a lonely bothy or wriggly tinned roof into imagined landscapes, using whatever tools I find to mark out lines, contours and the occasional pathway. My paintings incorporate collage, watercolour and stitching, or occasionally are simply multiple layers of watercolour. I exhibit regularly and sell at events across the country and my work for Bucks Artweeks is all new.
