Biography:

I am intrigued by my perception of the essence of things, people, places, and materials. The physical evidence of the passage of time fascinates me, and the cyclical nature of life in our world. Walking the same paths, each day I see something different.
Ideas may take a long time to lodge in my head and heart, but my making process can be fast, impulsive and intuitive. I like using what is to hand in the way of materials, and am not wedded to any particular craft discipline, although I enjoy the physicality of working with my hands. The work is always ‘in progress’.
