Biography:
Dawn is an artist from the market town of Tring in Herts with beautiful views of the Chilterns and surrounding countryside.
Art has always been an integral part of Dawn’s life since a very young age. Over time she has used different mediums in her work and in recent years concentrated on professional coloured pencil work.
Dawn is a self taught artist which has taught her much including the importance of patience and discipline.
In the last three years during November she has been delighted to exhibit her art at the very successful ‘Art at Wingrave’ event. She also exhibited with BAW in both 2022/2023.
She has also exhibited with the Bucks County Museum exhibition where she won the peoples choice award for her drawing of ‘Mr Fox’
Another enjoyable pastime has been photography where she has won local competitions and runner up in international.
Travelling has been a big part of her life in recent years and she has been fortunate enough to visit some amazing parts of the world, accumulating a lot of photos!
The photography, travelling and a keen eye have helped develop her art to a high standard.
Three years she has been diagnosed with Rheumatoid arthritis which has stopped her from doing many things. However it has not stopped her from creating exquisitely detailed drawings.

In 2023 Dawn launched her own website after many requests to see more of her work. Here you can see many pieces of her art showing the quality and detail in her work.
