Biography
Invitation to connect with my recent work “Echo’s Across Time”
This re-emerging body of work explores ancient symbolism, using layered meaning and subtle codes to spark emotion and human connection. Each artwork weaves deeper meaning, sparks curiosity and stirs emotion to transcend nations, cultures and generations. More than a visual feast, this is a journey across continents and memories, inspired by unique experiences and soulful connections.
My creative journey is shaped by adventure—living and travelling across three continents. This global perspective and rich tapestry of experiences continually inspire my evolving work and fuel my passion for pushing boundaries. Everyday life, ancient cultures, and faded memories provide endless inspiration. Growing up in Northern Ireland during ‘The Troubles’, I was moved by powerful gable wall murals—art that voiced shared tragedy and social injustice in our divided communities. I deeply believe in art’s universal language—its power to touch hearts, bridge divides, and unite people. In today’s turbulent world, creativity can help heal and bring unreconciled societies together.
A career as an independent artist and passionate teacher has spanned over two decades. Budding artists aged 5-80 have found their creative voice, some have gone onto become confident and independent artist. Following a move to England 2019, a life pivot and returned to ICU nursing to support the NHS COVID efforts, reemerging from a creative hiatus, and it feels so good.

Art for Good
My work extends beyond the studio, bringing colour and hope to the children’s ward at the King Hussein Cancer Foundation and supporting causes such as homelessness and breast cancer through charitable art auctions.
As project manager, I have initiated, developed, and grow annual national and international art auctions, raising substantial funds for charities close to my heart.
