This is my second year opening my studio to the public as part of Bucks Art Weeks. Recently I have also exhibited locally with Art in the Park, Princes Risborough.
My work continues to be a morphing of real location and imagined worlds. The drawings and paintings I make take imagery and inspiration from places I have visited, local landscapes, collected maps, aerial views, trees, plants, forests and fairytales.
Recent drawings and paintings include nature and maps merging together and fragments of maps merged back into the landscape.
I graduated from the Royal College of Art and Design with an MA in painting in 1999 and completed a BA in Fine Art at Norwich School of Art and Design in 1997.
In the past I have exhibited in the UK and Europe and since moving to Princes Risborough I have continued to make work in my garden studio.
