Poster advertising meeting of the Bucks Pottery & Sculpture Society & annual competition

In this month's meeting of the Bucks Pottery & Sculpture Society we will have a making session run by Holly Inglis, who will show us how to make a funky non-tradional ceramic coil pot in a former.
Attendees will need to bring their own tools plus a plaster mold or small bowl (cereal bowl or similar) which can be covered in damp newspaper to prevent the clay from sticking to it.
In the break we will vote on the entries for the Peter Stocker Ceramics Award, which has a prize of £75 for the winner. The theme for this year's competition is 'Africa'.
As this is the last meeting before Christmas there will be mulled wine and mince pies, so come dressed for the occasion!
The meeting will be held at Little Kingshill Village Hall, Windsor Lane, Little Kingshill (HP16 0DZ) on Friday 24th November from 8-10pm. Entry is free for BPSS members, £5 for visitors. Information about the society can be found at www.buckspotters.com. We are also on Facebook and Instagram.
